Anyone played the 3d hokuto no ken PS game before? I feel dat the game in somewhere is even better than the PS2 3d Giogio game. I really hope Capcom will do an updated version of the GioGio game. I am very disappointed when they remove a lot of character from the fame and the another story mode is boring, I rather have a player vs player mode and playable villian. My rating for the 3D Jojo game is 6 out of 10  |

Hmm, is it a fighting game?
6/10 for GioGio game? Maybe that's why Capcom is having trouble releasing it here...

Nope, the ps Hokuto no Ken is not really a fighting game. It is something like Warrior Dynasty. But after you complete the game you can unlock secret character and use them in the fighting game mode.
Actually the game play for Jojo PS2 is the same too, except that you wont get to fight few people in 1 time. A little spoiler, in the entire game, you will only get to use Trish, Narachia, Fugo and Abbachio for 1 time in the Super story mode, because they removed too many chapters.
In the other Story mode you can replay the stages that you have unlock. However each stages you only got 4 character to choose from and this game mode isnt really very flexible.

As a Jojo fan, I know I shouldnt be saying this. The game really did a discredit to jojo. The gameplay is lousy and it is really meant for jojo fans only. With so many PS2 games out there, the only people who will play the game is JOJO fans
Seriously, I really hope that Capcom will redo the game with more flexible mode and stages, before releasing it to USA.

He is in charge of the Assasination team.

It seems to me that capcom reputations going from bad to worse.For example breath of fire 5 it really sux.But they did quite well with the megaman series.

In the Jojo ps2 game, you can fight using Abbacchio, Narrancia, Fugo, Giorno, Trish, Mista, Polnareff (in a wheelchair!!!), and Bucciaratti. Rizotto, Sale, Scolippi (Rolling stone), as well as Tizano and Squalo are in secret comic book narratives that you can unlock, but they aren't very interesting, especially if you don't know what's going on.
Also, it would have been so much cooler if there was a 2 player, or if there were some playable villans (at least Diablo!) like Takhan said. still I give it an 8.5 on the fun as hell scale, with replay value being closer to a 6/10. Better luck with the next Jojo game (part 6?).
